Christine Uebelhoer is the founder and partner of u34 capital, established in 2023. She brings over a decade of experience from Swiss Private Banking at UBS, a globally recognized wealth manager based in Zurich, Switzerland.
In her previous roles, she managed investment advisory services for High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients and oversaw ultra-high-net-worth portfolios. Her responsibilities spanned traditional asset classes, including fixed income and equities, and alternative investments, such as private equity, hedge funds, and commodities. Additionally, she also focused on sustainable investments.
Christine's professional background extends to strategy and management consulting with PwC in Berlin, Germany. Here, she worked on operational and strategic solutions for clients, utilizing industry knowledge, benchmarks, and best practices. Her involvement continued through the execution of these solutions.
Her career also includes philanthropic activities, such as supporting Grameen Bank's micro-finance client operations in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and conducting Social Business workshops with Muhammad Yunus, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate. These projects took her to various locations, including India, Bangladesh, Lebanon, and Turkey.
Born in Germany, Christine has worked in several countries, including Switzerland, Turkey, India, Bangladesh, and Lebanon. These experiences have given her an international perspective in her professional work.
Education
Christine Uebelhoer earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Ulm University, Germany, laying the groundwork for her specialized education in finance.
She went on to achieve a Master of Science in Finance from Koç University's Graduate School of Business, a leading institution based in Istanbul, Turkey, recognized as the top business school in the country by Financial Times. Her focused area of study during her master's program was Investment Management.
In addition, Christine holds a Certified Wealth Management Advisor certification by the Swiss Association for Quality (SAQ).
